Pregnancy is a time when females need to be ready mentally and physically to satisfy the obstacles of childbirth and the shifts to being a parent. The primary objectives of the study were to investigate the results of undertaking a routine exercise programme during and following pregnancy on psychological well-being, pregnancy and birth outcomes. Data were collected at three time points during and following pregnancy utilizing a variety of outcome measures and were evaluated utilizing suitable statistical screening.
