Took this video In-between contractions this morning. Why dance at this point? Pregnancy is not a disease, its a celebration.
The whole of last night I had continuous contractions that by 8 am in the morning I broke down…my mind was totally focused on its intensity,that’s when my husband suggested me to do something I love so that I can distract my mind and take it off thinking about the discomfort of the contractions.

So geared up, did two things I love using the 10 mins gaps between the contractions 1) Dress up, 2) Dance and believe me it worked like a miracle, I got this new strength to face the rest of the day!
