If You Modification Your pH, Does This Also Modification Your Ovulation Time?

I typically hear from individuals who have some issue as to whether modifying or tweaking their pH (in an attempt to conceive the gender of their choice) will have any affect on their ovulation. Does an acidic pH impact my ovulation times?
