What Should I Do If I Want To Produce A Girl Or Boy Baby?

I sometimes hear from people who are looking for techniques, tools, and tips to help them get the gender that they want. People often ask me for a list of things that will help them either produce a girl or boy baby. So, in the following article, I will list the things that I think are very helpful in each process.

The Things That Help Produce A Girl Baby:

The Ability To Plan Ahead Of Time: The reason that this is important is because when you are trying for a girl baby, you are going to want to conceive before ovulation has actually happened. Many people try to gauge their ovulation by evaluating their cervical mucus or by using ovulation predictors that indicate a rise in the hormones that mean ovulation has already happened in the past tense. The problem with these methods is that they give you the green light too late. By the time they give you a positive reading, ovulation has already happened. And after the fact is not the optimum ovulation period for conceiving a girl.

So, you need to have a very good and accurate handle on your cycle and when you ovulate, or you will need to get a very sensitive saliva ovulation that can give you a positive several days in advance.

A Fondness For Certain Meats And Dairy Or An Acidic PH That Is The Result Of Luck Or Genetics: Besides early sexual intercourse, one other thing that increases your chances for a girl baby is an acidic PH. Some women are lucky enough to already be acidic either through lifestyle, genetics, or luck. But if this is not the case for you, know that you can change this through diet or douching. Every food group has acidic and alkaline foods within it. But a lot of meat and dairy foods are more acidic than alkaline. With that said, it’s very important to test this for yourself. Get a good PH tester and test your PH before you even begin to worry about your diet. Then test each food as you consume it to see if you’re reacting as you are supposed to.

Things That Help Produce Boy Babies:

Patience And The Ability To Wait To Have Intercourse Until After You Know For Sure That You Have Actually Ovulated: Let’s face it. When you decide to try to conceive a baby, it’s very exciting. And you know that you only have a small little window each month in which you can become pregnant. So, when you know that ovulation is approaching, it can be very tempting to want to have sex as early and as often as you can to give yourself the best odds of getting pregnant.

But, if you are absolutely sure that you want a boy, then you need to wait. Above, we talked about how early conception favors girl babies. If you have sex too early (before ovulation) then you raise your chances of having a girl. It’s so much more advisable to wait until you have a certain indicator of ovulation actually happening. I don’t mean guessing. I mean getting a positive reading with a good ovulation predictor. You should wait to have sex until you know this for sure.

An Alkaline PH, The Ability To Create One, Or The Willingness To Experiment With Douches And Healthy Foods: It’s oversimplifying things to say that healthy foods are mostly alkaline (which is the PH that favors boy babies.) Many fruits and vegetables do fall into the alkaline category though. But, some do not. Again, this is why it is important to test for yourself and not to guess. Some women who want boys are lucky enough to be naturally alkaline (or at least have an easy time making themselves so.) But if you don’t fall into this category, you can douche or continue to tweak your diet until you have the right PH.

Finally, whether you want a girl or a boy, you have to be flexible with your sexual positions. Conception is not the time to fall back on your favorite positions or to just use whatever fits the mood at the time. For a girl, you want to use less deep penetration, but this deep penetration is exactly your goal when you are having sex to conceive a boy.
