28- year-old nulliparous woman with a six-week amenorrhea and changing B HCG in between 1200-1500
She had a low stomach discomfort and a 5 cm right ectopic pregnancy was found on an ultrasound along with complimentary fluid in the P of D.
There was an unique embryo sac with an embryo representing 6 weeks gestation with no fetal pulse.
